Are Cosmetics Safe in the EU?

In the EU, they have more of a prescriptive approach to regulations. I would really spend a lot of time understanding what is the federal food, drug and the cosmetic act trying to tell me. And then the second thing I would say is understand what is the fair packaging and labeling act as well. It's important to understand how the laws define a cosmetic in a drug, which will really help you make proper and accurate claims so that you don't get in trouble with the FDA.
