How to Get Over Shame on Vinted

Evan is currently selling lots of unworn items on Vinted. He always provides a mirror picture wearing the item and one on the hanger over his mirror, changing quickly to take pictures in between. One day he received a message from a buyer telling him there were both breasts fully on site with no top on. The dentist who had asked before and after pictures of my teeth whitening prose also found this hilarious. How do I get over the shame? Do I need to change dentists and delete my Vinted account?
