What's Your Role at H2O?

I want to spend some time talking about your role because you and I have spoken previously. You oversee many aspects of the work at H2O but can you give us a broad overview of what it is you're responsible for? A huge part of my role or I'd say half of my role he has to break it up is working with our customers to understand their needs, predict their needs and working closely with them from an empathy and a customer obsession perspective. And on the other make sure that their needs are met and ask quick a timeframe as possible.
