The Counterpoint to the Spinoza View of the Individual
I think that's that's the rejoinder in a way to the Spinoza view. It's not that it's wrong, but that it's it sort of misses the specificity of the unique experience. We ascribe a lot of moral progress to the discovery of individuality. But I'm more and more convinced though of the role of the collective over the roles of the individual.
