There is some hard evidence that maybe Ukraine was involved. The problem with Hirsch's article and so forth, it seemed extremely complex. I don't know, why would you get no way involved? And using frogman, why are you using divers? You could do the same thing with a drone, much easier. Plus it just didn't ring solid, all that stuff plus it was virtually no sourcing for it.
