How Do You Balance Out the Noise in Your Planning Session?

In planning sessions, anything outside of what we know about that particular work is kind of ignored. The idea is you want everon to be somewhat on the same scale, but you'd know the difference between like, a five and an eight. Like, you cannot get used to e what these numbers mean in your context. But the fibenace is interesting. If you think about the sequence like you you end up with meaningful gaps. And so there'll always be something that throws up,. some unexpected thing, but enough kind of consistently because it's always happening enough that time it kind of sorts itself out.
