Is There a Difference Between Confidence in the Process and the Effort?

Yoi's experience working with his previous manager impacted his view of himself, in what he thinks he can accomplish. We make an important distinction at this point between having confidence in the outcome versus confidence in the process and effort. Yoi absolutely agree with them, jason, tough situation here. But all you can do is control the things that are in your control. And by focusing on the latter, it brings him back to what is actually in his control, his effort.
