What Is a Lie?
Hannah: Is it classified as a lie if one doesn't say what is the truth? For example, let's say you're in a relationship with someone who used to be married. Why should it matter? And if you decide to refrain from sharing that information, does it make you a liar? I think it depends upon whether the person you're speaking to would expect that information and if so, admitting it then constitutes deception.
