Soybean and grape seed have much higher levels of polyon saturated fatty acid. Olive is going to have less, and cocoanut oil has the least. Your fat cells will be a reflection of the ratios of the fatty acids that you are eating. This is one of the reasons i have concerns about putting seed oil on your skin.
