The Importance of Friendship With God

Abraham grew up with a daddy who worshiped idols. God isn't measuring how much your parents or family tree love him in order to have friendship with you. He's measuring his love for you, not their love for him. Friendship with God is far more impacted by your love for God than by your family's love or lack thereof.
