Fat Free Mass in the Time Restricted Eating Group
In the time restricted eating group, their factory mass went from like 73 point four down to like 72 point two. The normal diet group really didn't gain any body fat. They lost basically a one point seven kilograms mass in a year. In terms of performance though, like leg press bench press, no significant differences between groups.
