The Benefits of a Low Carb, High Fat Diet
It's the high intake of saturated fat that typically from feeding studies is what's driving that increase in LDL cholesterol. If we change some of that for polyunsaturated rate of fat specifically, we tend to see a lowering of LDL cholesterol. And there's very few studies that have kept this sort of ketogenic diet or low carb hydrodiids, isochloric,. People automatically drop their calories without having to really think about it.
