I Feel Like I'm the Person That Does the Exact Opposite
I want to be this person, but i'm actually the person that does the exact opposite. This doesn't line up with my supposed ideal for myself. So i think we all have to go through that kind of process of facing that disconnection within ourselves. Rather than just ignoring the inner conflict, which i think is exactly what you were touching on when you say, i started to feel ill. That's inner conflict. I encourage everyone listening to kind of take this away with you and apply it in the way that you need to.
