The Importance of a Big Vision for Alphabet

All of the companies within Alphabet should be working in cones to advance the bigger vision. This is one of the things I actually admire in the Marine Corps. You want to combine big thinkers with big doers, good teams. But if they see themselves as the one who has to come with the vision, the question is, but what point do we start building?
