A lot of times people feel a little overwhelmed at the beginning of a new role. The thing that i was really nervous about was assisting with the bone marrow procedures. I had to train for about six weeks for that, and i was just nervous because it'sn evasive procedure. A lot of times, you know, these patients are really sick. And i was a little nervous about that.
