Alex says his dreams are all about insecurity and fear especially what took place in that week. He wakes up with a pulsing head, jaw aching from sinus pressure or sore neck because he slept wrong. Alex: "I think there seems to be a correlation between me being able to remember my dreams more and waking up with uh you know a cleanse jaw or pulsing head"
