Investing in Individuals or a Small Group of Individuals

The idea of investing in individuals or you know a small group of individuals as a company. Well you're kind of yield farming but the people that you're giving the loans to are creative actors. It's true but what I'm getting at is there's not really a way to to put money into something that you want to see in the world where I'm thinking about mission driven groups of people. To me it just seems that much more appealing than contributing money to to individuals.
