The idea of outcomes versus actions is something you should be talking about with your manager. I think the second thing that i would think about is listening versus doing, particularly early on. And then the last thing i would say is a relationships in really thinking about who, who are the people that you need to get to know,. That you need to build trust withReally, really fast, and making sure you're spending the right time ino do not.
