When I put, when I put things off, I don't often swap it with another behavior that goes towards a different goal. And so I know that if I'm putting this off something that I really want to do and it just keeps increasing every year, then I've probably filled that time with so much wasted space. So one of the ways that the mind where the rubber hits the road is we use something called mental contrasting. It has to come from intrinsic motivation, and that's your values, right? You're, what's that going to feel like when you do that thing that you have really wanted to do?"
