Paddy Upton's Approach to Coaching

Paddy Upton is the head coach of the Radistane Rawrs cricket team. It's his first time in that job and they've struggled so far this season. Does it mean well yeah I mean does it mean that it's not working or is it you've got to give it time? We'll look back in 10 years time and say actually this man was a pioneer or this man had really interesting ideas that everyone else has adopted. Yeah I think hopefully the latter because I think he's a decent guy who's really studied the game very carefully and sport in general.
