Between 18 16 and 19 28, there was one conquest every ten months o or one point two one conquest per year. That's about 11 crimeas per year for a century. After the second world war, when outcasting took effect, primarily through economic sanctions, the average number of conquests per year fell point two six per year. The chance an average state would suffer a conquest fell from once in a lifetime to once or twice a millennium. Thus, it is rational to conclude that the broad support from the u. N, the e u, and us has been vindicated by this research.
