Apprentice Engineers - Mentors or Supplementors?
As an apprentice, you'd have your mentor who is on your team and they are kind of by your side throughout the process. But then they also did this really great thing where they added something called supplementors,. An engineer not on your team that is meant to be an additional resource in any way. So I am currently a supplement or two different apprentice engineers and they're both amazing. They just started. So I'm very excited for them.
