Don't think in terms of data sets first. Think in terms of the decisions that people need to make, and you'll end up with a good dashboard has a mix of data sets that you didn't think it necessarily would have. Don't put two or three pieces of information into the exact same graph. It's ocay to split things out and show things in context. And i think that that something the really effective c i o, c t cto, are very, very good as they as you go up. Because se those are the types of things that make true impactful organizations.
