If we were to create inner operability the consumer, true inner operability and true social network and dati portability, consumers could vote with their feet. I also don't believe that inner oprability is unachievable, even though it may be difficult. Once that happened, then they would be forced to compete on viding us the things that we want to see in the social media economy.
