ADHD - I Want to Be Successful, but I Don't Have to Be Successful
Ashley: I appreciate how you say that we start with getting some of those basic ADHD challenges under control managed in some way. Many people come and they're sort of thinking, you know, I just need to try harder. We often have this trait of tenacity or stubbornness. If I just put my head down and push harder, I can create change here. But as we're pushing, we lose that ability to see what is possible and what is not. That's a great example and it reminds me of one of my own clients in a very similar situation.
