Design Maturity - What's Stopping the Growth?
I think that if you want to contribute to raising the design maturity, you have to start with reflecting on what's wrong. So I would map out what are the problems in the organization and reflect on that first. In my experience, just talking to people one on one has helped me a lot. Just socialize your work. What I'm trying to always do is like to be very transparent all the time.
