The tech companies kind of dictating the terms and the government's largely going along with it. The first generation of Silicon chips that really gets produced out of Silicon Valley almost entirely goes into Miniman one missiles. And because none of those missiles ultimately like blew up Lenin, we think about this as very peaceful where we think about ARPANET.
