There's another adage that early on the company, you're hiring a sort of generalists. And then as you as you growing and you knw over 50,you're hiring for more seasoned specialists. So i think it just comes down to the needs of your company. Every person, every person should be selling in some capacity. I'm usually after a board wedding, we present us what we talked about with the boar. This is like what our next steps are. This is our plan et, cetera, et cetera.
