Anti Matter
Anti matter is something we can create, and we can also find it occasionally in nature. It's sort of like regular matter, but has a lot of quantitm numbers flipped. We think that if there are anti mater stars out there, they should shine in real light the same way normal stars do. But just by looking at a star, it would be ar to know if it's an anti matter star.
