The Future Use of Virtual Land
I think you go more than 99% of NFT projects certainly have created utility. It's just that the utility doesn't justify the price. My argument with this would be, and we've talked about virtual land forever, but like the idea in my brain of what the utility of owning a piece of other side land is great. But until I'm walking on that land myself, there iszero utility. There is zero utility. And by the way, not only is it like, I can't walk on that land, that land doesn't really exist. It exists in a in a graphic forum.
