Mortgage fraud risk is increasing, according to recent studies. More purchase zones with lower mortgage rates are more susceptible to fraudulent activity. Risk of income fraud and risks of property fraud rose the most in second quarter this year. But i still think that, you know, the number of people who are going to risk that seems, seems low.
