I'm really big on teacher autonomy as an issue. I think it's really important. Let me clarify what I was talking about that I like is rubric norming. Like the teachers applying the same rubric, not so much to see if we're giving the same grades. But I agree with you that, you know, grading everything in the same way shows that the student is really good at school. Yes. So yeah, let's let's leave that topic for another episode of this podcast.
