The Lord, God, Merciful, Keeping Mercy
When we think of mercy here, it's the word rahum, and it means to love, but in loving, to show pity or sympathy or concern. It has the idea of compassion in it ursuaand doesn't it? Tho we are describing iy, because it acts on what it feels. And that's really what the idea of mercy is aiming for here. There a lot of evidences where god actually does show his mercy. He acts on his care and his compassion.
