Do We Still Need a Ten Tenths of the Law Based Custody?

Josh Marshall: For some things, ye, i really want it to be an absolute transfer of custody. But you kno, wen i buy something on my credit card, i kind of like having the security of knowing that,. yes, i agreedt i gave them my credit card number. He says there is not necessarily universal benefit to a ten tenths of the law system.Marshall: Do we still need to have those kinds of mechanisms in a new, ten tenth of the law based custody system? I believe we do, but i think they'll just look as like, like something different.
