Will He Get Out of Prison?

SBF was trying to send a message to people like Caroline Ellison other associates of SPF that it was time for them to come forward and cooperate with the government. If I was getting a handicap what a sentence would look like for SBF I would say as a starting point that it would probably be something in the range of multiple decades in prison. The judge is required under federal law to look at a variety of factors when fashioning a sentence those factors are very broad they include things like the history and characteristics of the defendant then nature and circumstances of the offense essentially everything surrounding the defendant.
