In march, when my friends and i started working with the ucranians and their javelins. There was a window of opportunity where the small things that we did then made a big difference. Senator markowsky's office in april was the first office that took my calls and called me back. And mad props to them, because they got no way of knowing who i am. I'm cold calling a desk phone in juno or fairbanks talking to somebody whose job is to answer the phone.
The US is spending billions to arm Ukraine against Russian invaders. But without the proper training or supplies, Javelin missiles can only do so much.
