The Differences Between Plasma and 24-Hour Urine

For 24-hour urine testing, the two analytes I've paid the most attention to are metanetran and norm meetanetran. We're looking for two times or greater the upper limit of normal. If it's not two times, it's not a FIO with rare exception. The only exception would be someone you know has a genetic syndrome where the pretest probability for having a FIO is higher.
