There's nothing wrong with learning this practice It's probably gonna be helpful The more educated you are the better the more that you can learn about your diet. I Personally have always liked Just going after protein so for myself every meal isn't a meal A meal is an meal if it doesn't have about 30 grams of protein for me That's kind of the way I view it So I'll eat things like carnivore crisps those it's just a almost like a beef jerky type of thing only has two ingredients One of them is beef the other one is salt And it's just kind of a dried out meat that's delicious.
