How Often Do You Work With Athletes Towards Specific Goals?

I'd say for me personally, I'm quite lucky in working with any a flat group of people now. Because I've been so busy with general stuff in the business and support your coaches that I have I still end up having like quite a big range. A really good example of this is actually at the moment, I'm in full training, wind straining with athletes at the moment,. which effectively means I sacrifice my body for the grades good of younger, better athletes. And then Aidan's actually moved down Sheffield and he joins us for lots of these sessions. But that's like an example of two different athletes where one will specialize extremely and the other one will stay pretty much general
