The Importance of Having Eyesight

Paul Callan: I tried to take advantage of this scenario and it was suggestion by a prosecutor in my office on the Golden State Killer case. It doesn't appear Garrett had that he's identifying multiple men, unfortunately. But even if he had it, I just don't put a whole heck of a lot of weight on something so subjective. Well, I love hearing about techniques that people have used in the past. And I still think I suspect are used.
