The Importance of Perennial Agriculture
The vegetables and fruit is like what 5% of land? Almost all the land is used for grain. It's like 3% to 5%. And so we can afford, especially in non-erotable river valley land and so forth, can continue growing vegetables that way. Not in skyscrapers. We've already done a Stan Cox shoot down of that vertical farming. If not, I'll leave you with a quote from you. No two policies are more crucial to preventing ecological meltdown. That's a big one.
