TDD - What Is It?
TBD is test even development or test even design, which is the term that I prefer. It's about introducing requirements into a system in form of an executable specification. So effectively it's to put it bluntly, correct me if I'm wrong, it's about writing the tests before you write the code and then writing the code in order to pass the tests.
