Is There a Timeframe on Fatigue?

It depends on the structure of the cluster set and how you pair things. I tend to use it with the Olympic lifts, more so than any other lift or the derivatives. The accumulative work may be higher, so you may have a lag in your recovery. That being said, what we're doing some really innovative work here with my doctoral student, Stuart Guppy, where we're looking at 6RM deadlifts on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It's almost zero in your actual maximal capacity.
