Cani Lidos says row was wrong because it created a right that doesn't exist in the tution. Row didn't particularly focus on the original public meaning of the fourteenth amendment either. Much of row was built on precedent, on an extension of what the court saw as other precedents. And i think justice ilido's argument that that privacy right is unconvincing because it lacks orical pedigree and because it lacks a textual foundation,. Is an argument that can be applied to other privacy rights, and has often been applied to otherprivacy rights.
