All Reasoning Is Inferential

Theory of rationality is based on the idea that all reasoning is inferential. But there's one more presupposition first, and that's access internalism. Access internalism says whether or not an agent's belief that p is rational depends only on factors to which the agent has access on reflection. And so you're always in the situation of saying, well, given where i am now, what does it make the most sense to believe?
