How to Predict a Fraudulent Payment
It's probably even more likely that the features you have available to look at when I am a fraudster trying to call out on my own transaction are probably going to look very different under what you capture. You could imagine, this is how we approach this problem. But you could imagine looking at these fraudulent disputes. There's other types of disputes that come in as well, like product not received or the product was damaged that aren't fraud. We can use that to try and tease apart the fraudulant disputes that are originating from people that actually had their card stolen and fraud committed on their on their card. Or and differentiate that from people who are just disputing fraud on their own card
