The Importance of Relationships Between Male and Female Executives

There are a lot of leaders out there who are very vigilant about working males and females. How do you recommend that male leaders have relationships with female executives? What is crossing the line in your opinion? I think crossing the line is when one diminishes his native human or her native human capabilities.
