The Equal Protection Clause in Florida

The only Supreme Court justice to mention race in any of this is Ruth Ginsburg. She removed a footnote that said, look, if we want to talk about the equal protection clause, we have some pretty credible accusations of voter suppression among African Americans. The court steps in and says, you know what, this is too imprecise. It's a weird conclusion to come to from that equal protection thing.
