Lilly: I think it would have been nice to have like a native Hawaiian director or someone who is like Pacific Islander. But spoiler alert, it's directed by a white guy. Caitlin: The only way that a major Disney movie would take place in Hawaii in this era is if one of these random white guy directors chose that and then tried to allocate research towards it.
