The Importance of Acute Focus in EMDR

The acute focus target is the idea of doing EMDR or their exposure to, you know, a friend who talked negatively about it or their own experience. The second approach being belief driven or cluster approach. Also called issue focus sometimes you'll hear people use that language. You get like really clear results in a very short amount of time because you're not biting off as big of a chunk.
